Hi Folks.

This is easy solution that was "discovered" by hard way.
Assume, you open a MIDI file in BIAB (not of BIAB). If chord progression is not simple, most likely you will have to re-type most of it in "chord grid". Now you set all your markers, breaks, bar changes, etc...and realize that you need to change that original MIDI you opened in BIAB in another program...

Currently, there is no mechanism to "replace" that Midi file
leaving bar changes, part markers and chords intact

Solution:
1) select all bars with changes, etc.
2)COPY
3)open new "changed" MIDI file, (it will replace the one that you copied grid of)
4)PASTE.

Pasted grid will retain all the changes you made in previous
project.

P.S. There is a way of importing chords from MGU, but it does not save bar changes, shots etc.

Thanks for the tip. Thanks for taking time to share it with us.
