In Reaper
Options > Show REAPER resource path
copy ReaTrak Biab SGU MGU.. to regions.lua to the Scripts folder
or Scripts\ReaTrak

Actions > Show Action List > Load button browse to script file
choose ReaTrak Biab SGU MGU.. to regions.lua

select and Run button

Also install https://sws-extension.org/ if you haven't.

remove .mp4 from file name and unzip

I updated the script as there was a space in front of the region chord name in Reaper.
I also uploaded another script to give you a midi chord track
from the region chord names.
