This is posted here by suggestion from another forum. It is intuitive to me, but may help some people.
The original post wanted to view chords and tracks at same time.
I simply used the mouse to position the mixer on the right side and the chords on the left.
Resizing by dragging the corners and title bar of the windows to size/position. Once set it should 'stick'.
