I'm frustrated too. I was given BAIB/RealBand as a Christmas gift and I purchased and installed RealPAK: Country 6 but these tracks cannot be located or used on either program for some reason. Is there something I'm missing about getting them to BAIB????

This is very frustrating after I spent $79 for the Pak.....

If anybody has an answer to this I'd like to know ASAP....

you can email me direct at: aceteleman77@yahoo.com

Thanks

It's because RB initially opens up in basic DAW mode like a Sonar or Reaper. DAW mode means it's not going to do any generating of anything either midi or RT's. It's just acting as a regular DAW. It's when you click on "generate" for the first time it then goes into full generate mode and it can take 10 seconds or so and it appears it's locked up but it's only configuring itself. This was a wishlist item a couple versions back. There's lots of people who don't care about using RB to generate new tracks, they use Biab for that and then D&D the track into RB because RB is way slower at generation than Biab is. The complaint was "why do I have to wait for all this before RB first opens when I'm only going to do some audio editing and not planning on generating anything"?

As far as not seeing the RTs as Bob said hit rebuild, and if that don't work make sure the paths are set correctly in BiaB so it can see the RTs

Hi,

Quote:

Country RealPAK Vol. 6 includes RealTracks Sets 132-136. Open the RealTracks Picker, sort by Set #, and see if the instruments from those sets show up there. If not, check the "Show N/A" box at the bottom of the RealTracks Picker window and see if they show up as N/A.

If they DO show up as N/A, there may be additional text that tells you what the problem is - missing .ST2 (RealTracks database file), or missing RT folder.

Another question, are they ANY RealTracks listed in your RealTracks Picker?
