I'm recording some Audio
Everything is going well.
I keep the same song open, no changes.
Now I want to record audio on a different track. I select the new track.
Next time I start to record audio on the track it's also recording a metronome click (!)
I haven't touched the options control - ever
I go to Options, find the Metronome tab, Press the Metronome Settings button, and am now amazed to find that the recording checkbox is now selected.
I uncheck it and continue recording
Presumably there is some other keystroke combination that turned this on (or an exorcism is required)
Anyone else experienced this?

Is your audio input set to "What-U-Hear" or "Stereo Mix"? That will record everything coming out of the speaker.

That happened to me too.....took a while to find that box and uncheck it.

Glad it's not only me.
That check-box 'checks' itself, whenever it likes (!!?) Could never find a reason why.

Yeah.. mine really threw me for a loop because I was trying to record audio from my synth for the 1st time and the metronome started making a Saw Lead type note every beat. Couldn't tell where it was coming from
