When I try to open the help files in BIAB or RB I get a message about not using windows help file system ... or something like that. There is a URL you can goto about installing something to fix it but it don't make much sense to me.
Any help on this subject?

Microsoft changed their help system with Windows 7. There is a patch you can apply to view legacy help in Windows 7 (and a different patch for windows 8.0/8.1); however, they completely dropped support for Windows 10.

If you continue to have trouble with the help file, you might just want to launch the PDF user manual instead. Most of the content is pretty much the same.
