How do I turn off all those audio tracks loaded with each new song?

If you are referring to the 'generic audio' tracks that appear when one starts RB, then that is the program's default behaviour.

This set under "Options | Preferences | 1. General" and the setting at the bottom of the setting's window called 'Initial Track Type'.

There are three possibilities... MIDI, Auido (Mono), Audio (Stereo). The factory setting is "Audio (Stereo)".

Actually, there are 48 tracks total, and they're not audio tracks per se. They are just tracks available to be used as audio (or MIDI) tracks. You don't turn them off or make them go away. You just select the track your want to use.

A lot of other DAW's give you a blank slate to start with, and you have to add new tracks before you can use them.

RealBand just had all 48 available to you from the get-go.

I also have RB set up to " make all BB tracks regular tracks"
