I would like to have a reference notation track while I record on another track. Is there a way to do this to have the notation be my guide while I record the other tracks?

In the 2018 Band-in-a-Box for Windows you can open the Lead Sheet Window by pressing "ALT + W" on the keyboard. There is also a Lead Sheet Button (see image below).

The Lead Sheet Windows displays a full screen of notation with one or more parts.
