I am using Biab 2018 with Windows 7.
I am playing a file that is seperate tracks. It could be a combination of Real tracks, midi & an audio track or all real tracks & audio saved as a .seq file. Recently, part way through the tune the program stops & the message " Elastique has stopped working. Recommend closing the program then reopening."
I'm thinking of reinstalling the whole 2018 Biab to try to solve this issue. If I do this should I delete the program first?.....Hank

I hope PG support sees this, I've never seen that message before.
Maybe try the Live Help feature at top right of this of page. That's worked well for me before.

If you DO delete and re-install, you'll have to set everything up again. I would probably try to re-install over the existing (without deleting) first.

Hi Rutabago,

I haven't seen that error before either. I'd recommend deleting just the RealBand folder, then reinstalling.

Since you're not deleting the Band-in-a-Box folder, you won't need to reinstall your RealTracks, so it'll be quick. You only need to install disc 1 again, then update Band-in-a-Box and RealBand to the latest builds.

If that doesn't do the trick, please get in touch with us on Monday and I'm sure we'll figure it out. smile

Thanks
Kent
