Tried to load EZkeys in RB 2019 v2, but it gets stuck with the window below. Plays back OK, you can load EZkeys 32bit, page stays blank, and the GUI won't show. Even after removing this VST you cannot close the DXi/VST page any more ...

Your top image seems to be showing the VST plugin screen for Synth 16 Track, and your bottom image seems to specifying the correct track and Softsynth.

Did the scroller somehow move for the track being displayed in the VST window?

I don't have EZKeys, but Addictive Keys works as expected here. Something in your images caught my eye, like the top image is not displaying what you think it is. Unfortunately due to the cropping I can't see the actual Track number in the top image.
Is EZKeys set as the default synth in the top image?

In the bottom image it appears to be.

Not as default synth, that's Halion Sonic 3. EZkeys just won't load ...
