Well personally I don’t like it dull and grey.
But then I don’t like the new BIAB gui, and always use the old one.
This trend of grey plain interface and things buried behind drop down menus just doesn’t work for me I like every thing on top and handy and in color.
But that’s just me I guess.

To me it kind of depends what environment I'm in. If I'm in a bright area I prefer the brighter tone of the classic bit if I'm in a dark area I prefer the modern 1 or modern 2. My eyes don't adjust like they use to.

I'm grateful for the choice to go with the new or stay with the old. Lots of app developers have a "we know what's best for you" mentality, but I've found PG Music over the years to be refreshingly respectful of its users in this regard.

Brighter for me because of my old eyes.
