I have the harddrive edition of BIAB 2020. I run the app from the harddrive. WHen I run Realband it shows as the 2019 version, yet the the ebsite says 2020 version is included. How do I go about getting the 2020 version?

Sign onto your online account. One of the first files listed in your online account should be a file that will install Band-in-a-Box and RealBand.

The online file normally installs the latest build for both programs but it doesn't hurt to verify against the support page.

Are you talking about the splash screen?

Where does it say 2019?
Another thing to try is to go install the latest update for RB (less download and no account sign in needed).

If you indeed have 2020 (and you should if you have that drive) it will update the product.

Another thing to check is where the shortcut you use actually points to. If you had 2019 previously it is possible the shortcut you are using is not pointing where you think it is.
If you right click it and select Properties you should be able to determine where it actually points to.

I don't recall anyone having this issue this year, so thought I'd mention that last possibility.
