I don't know if anybody else is having this problem, but in RB 2021 (3) (64 bit) I'm finding it impossible to expand the tracks downward in order to work with envelopes. When I position the mouse over the boundary between 2 tracks, the cursor should change to a double vertical arrow indicating that I can slide the lower track down in order to access the envelope area. But the mouse cursor doesn't change, and nothing I do allows me to drag the adjacent track down.

Oddly enough, sometimes when I'm making changes in the 10 band equalizer, instead of the mouse moving the sliders it will work on the area underneath the effects bin, and start to expand or contract my tracks. Seems like when a plugin has focus, the mouse should only work in the plugin.

Likewise, seems like when the tracks window has focus, all the mouse stuff that is programmed to work on the tracks should work.

Pat, I have the same problem and found if I move the mouse over to the right on the track itself, not where the track name is, then the cursor changes to the double arrow and you can spread the tracks apart. I emailed support about this last week.

thanks Del. Consider your results to be duplicated here. When I moved my cursor into the waveform area of the tracks, the cursor changed. When I move it back over the silver area where the track controls are located, the cursor gets stubborn again, and I lose the double arrow. Thanks for replying so quickly... at least now I can work until this gets resolved.
