The holds for Mandolin Soloist Bluegrass Ev 100 are working here. You are most likely missing this folder:
\bb\RealTracks\Library\Holds\Holds_130.

Or, check in the RealTracks Picker, under the Holds column it should say "130" and not "130n".

Thank you for the sample files. I can duplicate the bug affecting some one-beat holds with Soloist RealTracks. This happened with earlier versions as well.
