No matter how many times I update it, once I exit, the next time I open it, it reverts back to (1) even running as admin. I don't guess it hurts anything. Just kinda weird. Biab updated just fine. Anybody else?

I don't see that here. Are you using a shortcut to launch RB, and if so is it pointing to the right place?
In other words, are you updating the location your shortcut points to?
