As it stands now the scroll wheel will expand and contract the screen horizontally. How about adding ctl+scroll to expand and contract the vertical view? There are times when it would be beneficial to be able to see all the tracks in one window. When you get past however many the standard view reveals it's currently not possible to shrink that vertical view.
