Still can't use ABC notation files

MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

I do open special to open a file in ABC notation format, and I am allowed to select and OK file speed.abc, but there is no visible/audible result back in the application. Using paste special on clipboard contents is similarly ineffective.

This is a longstanding problem.

Here is the ABC code, which plays fine in EasyABC:
