How do I get the standard windows main page layout in MacOS version?

In Mac the entire page is devoted to chord charting and all the options blocks etc that run across the top (in windows) are somehow all squeezed into a small box on the right....plus the fonts on the tabs etc Arte all rather fuzzy, any fix for that?

This is actually the same on Windows and Mac. On Mac, Command+T or "Window menu | Full screen" toggles this mode. (On Windows, it's Ctrl+T)
