The manual says holding down the control key when entering notation causes a flat note to be entered, but on the Mac this is a right click. How does one enter a flat note?
You're right, that doesn't work on Mac. You can, though, if entering notes with a mouse or trackpad, drag notes upward or downward to change their pitch.
