It's too bad that you guys can't allow customers that have bought previous versions (twice) to get this special without having to wait on a new version next year.

I did not see this until just today. Wish I would have seen this 5 days sooner.

What I wish is that emails would be sent out to us previous purchasers. I too missed this. And we buy the audiophile version each year normally.

I'm guessing here, but it seems likely that if you haven't officially registered your products through My Account at PG Music, it might be that the automatic email service is not triggered to send you update information.

If you've covered both of the above then send an email to sales@pgmusic.com and ask them to add you to their email distribution list for Mac.

I have BIAB/Windows and get emails each year regarding update offers.

Yes, please contact us at sales@pgmusic.com if you didn't receive an email and you are interested in the new 2016 version of Band-in-a-Box for Mac. We did send to all customers on the database, but perhaps the email got blocked along the way.
