I don't know what setting this is but no matter which song I open, whether it's a song I have created or a pre-existing one included, the backing harmony (chords) are playing back a whole step lower than what is displayed.

For example if the chord symbols displayed are :

C F G

It plays back what is sounding:

Bb Eb F

Is this a general preference I can change or use? The Key settings on the main page (below Choruses and to the left of Tempo) are working fine. It's not that setting and I would prefer to fix this issue rather than use that as a workaround.
I would appreciate any suggestions!

Hi Felix,

If you have BIAB 2018, on my Windows version of the program, there's a setting for "Concert Key". It sounds like this might have been changed somewhere along the way.

1. Change to Standard Screen view if you are in Full Screen view and do not have the view shown in the image below. (I'm told that this is CTRL+T on the Mac except I cannot remember if it's uppercase or lowercase T.)

2. Click on Chord Display (#1) and select "Concert Pitch" (#2).
