In some of the BIAB tutorial videos I've seen online, looking at the notation view, the current note is highlighted in red, and this follows along with the song. Is it possible to do this on the Mac version, or is this a Windows-only feature?

Yes it is possible to high-lite the current note in red in Mac BIAB .

The settings are made in Notation Windows Options refer to screen shot .
