If that doesn't work, what OS?
In High Sierra or Mojave, many apps have issues with displaying lists alphabetically. In those cases, it's for the developer to fix.

For the purposes of my screen shoot my macos is high sierra 10.13.6
and Mac Band in Box is 2018 Audiophile USB .
