Recently I started creating chord tarcks for my DAW using a dummy style called _CHORD4.

But why is this post text/script now added to the file name?

It looks like you duplicated the CHORDS4.STY and named it _CHORD4.STY. Is that right?
This is like creating another User style. Open the StylePicker and do another [Slow] rebuild, and that will fix it.
