My old MacBook Pro died, so I bought a new one. Unfortunately, Band-in-a-Box 2019 is not displaying my songs properly. The attached is an example of the first four bars of a song that I was able to open properly on my old MacBook but not on my new one. Note the ampersand and question mark for the clef symbols, the odd chord symbols, and the lack of notes on the staff. Please help. I've used BIAB for decades and have never encountered this problem. Thanks!

I'm using BIAB for Macintosh 2019 version 317.
I am running the program from the external hard drive that I bought from PG Music last October.

Your fonts are not installed on your system. If running from the USB drive, this still needs to be done.

Thank you for your help! Installing the fonts properly resulted in the program working properly. I believe I am what Bugs Bunny would call a maroon!

Don't be hard on yourself. I believe that somewhere around 100% (give or take) have done something similar — more than once.
