if you notice on the left hand side of the mac manual are 3 relevent sections.

i would go thru all 3 in detail.
a trick i use. when i have a question bout biab i just enter my question into google to find the relevent details.
often the answer is on this pg site in the on line manuals/faq's.
thats how i found the above. you can also search the pg site.
hope it helps cos i dont often print things.
