Hello

BIAB 2020 for Mac (latest version) - whenever I click Notation all I get is a big window with no content whatsoever - like a blank page.

Any ideas why???

Yes, you need the free patch update for BigSur.

Fixed: The Notation and Lead Sheet windows were blank if using macOS Big Sur.

What Mac OS do you happen to be running at the moment? If you are using Big Sur, for example, this was a known issue that has been addressed in a patch update, which you can download here:

This will need to install overtop of your existing Mac Band-in-a-Box 2020 program. You can check if it was installed correctly by going to Help | About Band-in-a-Box and looking for the 3 digit number in brackets next to the program's version year.

I fixed it by re-installing the software. The patch itself did not help - thanks all for feedback anyway!

(I guess it happened after updating to Big Sur - not sure)
