I can’t seem to get the “Count In” option to work properly for me. It will work as expected if I mute the Drum track in the Mixer window, but the “Count In” sound will go silent when the Drum Track is unmuted. Mac is running Monterey with BIAB 2020 Mac build 426.

Hi gasspence, just to let you know, Band-in-a-Box is not currently compatible on Mac OS Monterey. We are still in the process of testing the 2021 version with it. You could try going to Options | Return to Factory Settings and see if this helps.
I am not having this issue with BIAB 2021 over Monterey.
It seems to only happen when drums are present in the mix. I tried a "bluegrass" style that did not have drums in the mix and the 'count in' worked without issue.
Then I tried a new song with a "rock" style that did have a drummer in the mix and the 'count in' would not work unless the drums were muted in the mixer.
Also, I upgraded to BIAB Pro 2021, and it's still an issue. Ill try resetting to factory settings and let ya know if it helped, thanks Chantelle.
EDIT: If I uncheck "Enable Real Drums" the count in will work as expected.
Resetting to Factory Settings did not help.
