I recently dropped my BIAB 2017 Audiophile for Mac and it broke on me causing me to lose everything on my hard drive. Please be sure to backup everything on an extra hard drive.

As far as drive problems are concerned, no matter how caused, it's best to have the attitude that "It WILL happen to me".

Better off to be prepared.

it's not "IF"..... but a matter of "WHEN".

Failure to plan for it is simply not acceptable.

I'm confident that the wonderful people in Support will get you going again. They are the most awesome folks on the planet.
