Does anyone know this song?

I downloaded the sheet music from the internet, but it has no indication of the tempo that it should be played at.

I don't know anything about the song (perhaps 1940's - it sounds Benny Goodman-like) and I can't find it on YouTube.

If you know the song can you please let me know the tempo that it should be played at.
