I just picked up his autobiography, Luck, Or Something Like It. He was an immensely successful performer, and it's sad to hear that he's gone.

Vale Kenny. Certainly a great performer. 60+ years in the business.

Anyone have a biab file for "lady" kenny rogers / Lionel Richie ?

He started out as a Jazz bassist, went rock and roll, moved to Country and found his niche. He was quite successful at it.

I understand he was a nice guy and easy to work with.

RIP Kenny, thanks for the music.
