Thanks for sharing this - I've never heard of this group before, but thoroughly enjoyed my listen. I'll definitely need to look further into them. In particular, I loved that acapella performance on the second link. Very compelling stuff!
Great picks Bob. Thanks.
Beautiful voices. Great arrangement. Interesting video.
Very nice indeed. Thanks Bob.
Found on Youtube some live concerts of these ladies. They are good.

I just found this short 23 min concert these ladies performed in a small church.

As expected, ... it was great.

Bob,

Those very talented ladies appear on Transatlantic Sessions with Jerry Douglas and Aly Bain ( Shetland fiddler ). If you are not following that series then you are missing some fabulous music. There have been about five complete series but I doubt that there will be more.

Search YouTube for "Transatlantic Sessions" for many hours of beautiful American and Scottish Folk Music performed by the top artists on the planet.

You'll notice that Russ Barrinburg and Jerry Douglas are wee kids in this first 3-hour installment.

Mary Black is a voice to reckoned with too, not to mention Emmylou Harris and Iris DeMint.

Well, I guess you have a week's worth of wonderful viewing.
