Can't afford it sadly. Looks like Apple is about to pull a monster rabbit out of their hat.

The Apple M1 chip benchmarks about as fast as the i7-10875H in that Razer, with the added advantage that the M1 uses around 10-15 watts (including GPU) while the Razer's i7-10875H uses 45 watts (not including GPU which uses up to 110 watts), so if battery life and thermal output is a concern for you then the Apple is probably the way to go.

I'm a PC person, but if the Mac can deal with that, I may be interested. The rest of the family are MAC.

It's still early days for full software support of the M1 chip, but as I have one on my desk, I can say that it is fast. I haven't tried anything graphically intensive yet, so if you need a powerful GPU then maybe the Razer would be better, but I honestly can't say one way or the other. I personally haven't tried a Razer in years, so I can't comment on build quality, but the M1 Air feels pretty good.
