Sad news for many.

60 years on, Australian folk band, 'The Seekers' loses Judith Durham
Yes that is very sad news. I'll Never Find Another You is still one of my favorite songs. The Seekers were an excellent group.

RIP Judith.
I am so sad to hear this. I unashamedly cried when I heard the news.
I've been a fan of The Seekers since I was a kid in the 1960s.
She suffered a lung problem from the age of 18, but it didn't stop her from performing.
I last saw them live in 2013, and although in their 70s they sounded exactly like they did in their 20s - if not better.
They still hold the record of attracting the largest crowd in the southern hemisphere at a concert - 200,000 people.
At one of their concerts she told the story of when they ran into Barry Gibb in a recording studio in London. He had a new song which he offered to then, but they declined.
The song; Massachusetts. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUfUNNN68eQ
Rest in peace Judith - the Heavenly choir just got a new lead singer.
A state funeral is being arranged.
RIP Judith.

One of the great voices of our time.

What a fantastic version of "Massachusetts"! (and a great story!)
A state funeral is well deserved.
And I just a virtual graveside service for Thom Bresh in Nashville. Dozens of our mutual friends were there.
