If you actually critically listen to this video, there is a lot of useful information. Many ideas were depicted that may not be so obvious such as the difference in apparent sound with your eyes closed.
Secondly, a guitar does not have to be expensive to be very playable. Also, a very expensive guitar may be very difficult and uncomfortable to play.
The really well-made guitars were very obvious to me from the way they sounded perspective. I am sure that my perception would have been a bit different if I had to play them.
