Lyrics
Blue Guitar

some say the moon
is prisoner of the sun
I still turn for you
the waterwheel drinks
while its spun

if there is no ship to see
in passing morning clouds
why do we cling to dreams
like sailors
in the shrouds

I cannot play things as they are
in the sky I hear a blue guitar

as long as I am spared
strumming colours bending light
sing the rainbow in curved air
the orchestra
of birds takes flight

play the bells in the rain
a note for joy key for pain
a song beyond sane

I cannot play things as they are
in the sky I hear a blue guitar
in the sky I hear a blue guitar

Scott, you and Robert have a great signature sound! Really unique but musically compelling and never boring. Everything sounds great, with solid instrument choices and clear production. Especially strong vocals and guitar accents. Super job again!
Hi Scott and Robert,
Splendid video with very pleasant music. I enjoyed the guitar solo with its effects. And Robert's chorus well done.

Jani
Scott & Robert,

Nice opening guitar. So precise, so clean.
The BAND is nicely assembled. Cool sound, original.
Good vocals.
Good mix.

Thanks Ron for checking out the song. Really glad you liked it..
Hey really nice you two!

Very King Crimson, but still totally you.

Love this sound!!!!
Fabulous production. Love your guitar work on this, Scott. Robert is really good at those videos, and of course the lyrics and vocals with harmony really elevate the appeal. Spirit Level soars.
I'm running out of things to say! But this is a great track with ace instrumentation, plus that guitar work is superb. Good video, too.
Thanks Janne, Floyd, Dan, Elliot and Mario. Your comments are very much appreciated. I am so glad you are enjoying our songs.
Scott, some lovely guitar work - leaves me wishing there was more of you mixed in a little louder.
Hi Scott and Robert.

Congratulations on a terrific presentation.
The song, its arrangement and the mix are all excellent.
Everything about it mesmermised me.
Scott: As always, your guitar work was superb.
Robert: Your song, its music and lyrics and your performance really captured my imagination and took me down a road of highly entertaining creativity.
The video was superb. I haven't heard of Leonardo.ai or Kyber.ai and I was very impressed how you used them.

You've got my enthusiastic round of applause!

Hi, the link is not active anymore, would it be possible to get it back?, Also tell me, any suggestion or plan using the i7 8700k for building a PC for music production?, You make very nice vids. keep up the good work!!
Scott / Robert,

I remember this song... Wow, was that really 2019! Time is truly flying by.

Great remix and great video. You guys make an awesome team.

Bob
Well, your guitar steals the show, Scott, as it is lovely!

The melancholy lyric fits Robert’s vocals well.
These lines especially got our attention:

“if there is no ship to see
in passing morning clouds
why do we cling to dreams
like sailors in the shrouds”

That’s another cool AI vid too and your mix and master are ace!
