Paul,

I hesitate to comment.

First of all, as is the song is Fantastic.
Your vocals, and signature bit extra verb.
The lyrics are so beautifully matched to the Piano.

I'm 68 years old, with reasonable ears, but?

Is the High end just a touch on the strong side for
drums and piano?

Love the vocals and bass combo's.

I listened in my Studio phones and Also my AR Studio partner speakers.
The Headphones sounded the best. The studio speakers are usually dull on hi
end. Could be the crossover was hit just right ???

If I could produce a record with this quality, would be a dream come true.
Paul,
Great song. I see Seeker's point. The cymbals are a bit too prominent. Otherwise, wonderful song and performance.

What a wonderful song. I love this, it reminds me of my wife. We are matched just like in your song. We sometimes have our differences, but we always work them out. I love the extra reverb in the vocal, I find the drums OK you always want these very prominent, and you want to let the base shine through to get that extra thing that the song needs. But other than that love it, and I let my wife listen to it, she loves it and reminded her of our honeymoon, thanks for the wonderful song we are going to buy it.
Paul,

I use the wrong damn word after reading Bob's posting.
The levels of piano and drums are great!
Meant the EQ for piano and drums were a bit hi....to me anyway.

The song is fantastic, as other poster's agreed.

Thanks for sharing with us all.
His name is not Paul Bright for nut'n Seeker I'll be here all week folks, ba-dum-bum

Beautiful song and arrangement Paul. The hi's bring out / accentuate the ride cymbal and reverb on the vox, which I like hearing in a song. It also makes those piano notes ring out on the intro

Such a beautiful melody and lyric as well. This is a fantastic song, IMO.
