I attended a funeral on Wed at our church--an elderly woman who have lived a good and full life. With the tragedy in Newtown on everyone's mind, I was reminded of this song that I wrote last year when a young couple we knew saw their 2nd attempt at starting a family end once again in miscarriage. Their heartbreak was the inspiration for this, but today I would like to offer it as a consoling thought for the parents in Newtown.

Thanks for posting, I can only imagine the pain those in Newtown are facing. I know God loves them, and this to shall pass! Happy Holidays!

A haunting song, tranquil and sad, but nice listening. Something like a cross between Leonard Cohen and A C Jobim.
