Here is a holiday song that I wrote. 2012 was a year of loss for me. I was feeling rather melancholy about it and wanted to write a song that reflected that mood. I had in mind a song that (in my dreams) could be played at the end of a New Year's celebration, maybe as the last dance of the night.

I used Waltzin Waltzin' BIAB and my Guy DeBreilly, who lives in France, added guitar tracks and mixed it.

Nice work by you and Guy. It certainly has that "last dance of the night" feel about it. It might just be me but there is also a sense of haunting melancholy in the music and lyrics.
