One by my favourite composer J.S. Bach:
Cantata "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" BWV 147
(matching the Easter season).
As a base I used Clasfake\Bach01 in BiaB.
The voices are Vocaloid Avanna and samples of my own voice.
The 3/4 measure and the many, many chord changes make it difficult
for the RT artists.
So at times I used up to 40 tracks, moving snippets around.
I ended up with 22 tracks in the final mix.

boehm, sounds very good. Enjoyed the listen.

Guenter,

Cool. As always. I think Johann would have loved the screamin' sax. And would have loved having Brent around to "let it rip" now and again....

Great mix of "old and new".... always look forward to what you might do next...

But, hey... stay away from the Country stuff... there's enough competition there as it is.....

Hi Guenter,

For the first couple of minutes, to my ears, this was very "Swingle Singers" sounding (one of my all-time favourite groups). Then the sax came in. What a great segue! You've put this arrangement together with outstanding attention to detail. The whole presentation was excellent to listen to. It must have taken ages to assemble!

Regards,
Noel

Hi Guenter....great listen...thanks for posting. Very complex piece...using Vocaloid, samples and RT snippets...and so many tracks! You really know your way around the software!

Thanks Charlie, Floyd, Noel and MountainSide for your nice comments.

@Floyd: Yes, he would have written a well tempered Brent, I'm sure.
You can calm down: I won't do Country.

@Noel: I'm glad you are back to my "channel". Missed you on my last post.
That Swingle Singers tribute was deliberate. I used to listen to them a lot.
You are right: it took quite some time.

Hi Guenter,

This is of the largest-scale and most complex uses of RealTracks that I've ever seen. I take it that you used only your voice with the Vocaloid software. And out come those beautiful female voices in perfect tune? Mind blowing!

Hi Bob and Aleck,

thanks for your nice words.

@Aleck: The female voices are Avanna, mine are the male ones.
Avanna is Vocaloid, mine is DirctWave Sammpler.

Just got to this and man glad I did. I too would like to know where the female fills came from? Edited portion: Sorry I just read your original post after I listened to the production and you already answered.

Very enjoyable listen!

Me thinks you've mastered using vocaloid w/ BIAB... maybe we can convince Peter to consider including it and some vocal stubs in future releases of BIAB. Well done Guenter!@
