Not your normal version of this song. to say the least, it's a little bit over the top and out of the box.

Silent Night (the rocking version)

Hope you enjoy this version

Guitars are played by me. All the other tracks are BB/RB. Bass, drums, B3..... yep, I think that's about it.

Have a rocking good Christmas!
You'll have Franz Xavier Gruber spinning in his grave grin but I loved it.
Neat harmonies and lots of OD guitar.
cheers and Merry Christmas

Hey Herb,

Now that's different! I have to say the production and the arrangement are spectacular. I really like the way you've optimised the spread of instruments across the stereo field. That's a skill that I've still got to master. Thanks for giving me a lesson in how do it smile

This song is one of my all time favourites and I'm not sure that I've adjusted to the change in style. That being said, though, there's no arguing about the fact that your arrangement, performance and production combine to give music at its best.

Happy Christmas to you and yours,
Noel

Very nice, Herb! I've never heard you rock like this. smile

This is one of my favorite Christmas carols, and although different, it's a refreshing arrangement. I like it.
