Hi Michael,

Yes, isn't BiaB a wonderful program?
Your "band" is a perfectly attuned team.
We especially like the lead guitar.
Well done.

A big thanks to Rob, Guenter, and Rob & Anne-Marie for the listens and the kind comments.

BiaB is great program for putting together music, isn't it? I have really enjoyed doing this project, as much for learning the program and how to work with it as the music itself.

I appreciate the forum; it has been great as a way of sharing my music, and more so as place to find and listen to what all of the participants are working on. I've heard some extremely well done stuff here, which makes the feedback I get especially meaningful.

Michael,

That is a wonderful piece!

Captivating! Spectacular mix. Loved the guitar.

Had a Steely Dan feel to it - super cool...

Enjoyed that very much.

Thanks very much, Floyd. I appreciate your listening and commenting!
(I take any Steely Dan comparison as high praise smile )

Nice and funky! Reminds me of Papa Grows Funk. A New Orleans funk band, now defunct. It was lead by the keyboardist John Gros.

Thanks. I'll take that comparison as higher praise smile

Like I said in the posting, this represents the band I would play in if I had the actual chops to play more than the tambourine part all the way through live! Some of the fun of my little project has been to try to make the created ensembles sound like a band, or at least a group of players. Not easy to do well. I enjoyed listening to the Meters back in the day, and that set the funk bar pretty high IMHO. Also reminds me I am not as young as I used to be...

Thanks again for listening and the kind comments. I really enjoyed "A Vessel in a Storm"!

Good project. a great ensemble of instruments like an opera rock.
I had never heard "Rhythm Guitar: 1402: Guitar, Electric, Rhythm Soul70sWarmSync Ev16 100 (Andy Reiss)" play.
I like it.

Good work.
Hello.

Cool song. Creative choice and mix
of RT's. We wouldn't mind at all
kickin' back and listen to that band
blow.

Nice!
