Agree!! I also checked out "blubber". It's funny..I recently linked Floyd to this one, saying that it was one of my favorite guitar solos. He said, it had always been one of his. You did a great job on that!! Take care. Greg
Thanks Noel!!! I Love Biab, one of the few bands where I agree with everything they play!
Thanks Greg for linking me up, I wish I could remember how to really play Cause I Done ended as Blubber the Jeff Beck way! Ain't that the title he uses? lol
You sounded damn good to me! Take care. Greg
Some nice rocking blues here ! Do u collect spider dogs ?
Hi Tommy,
nice jamming. I really enjoyed listening.
Guenter
Thanks Leo! LOL I do have the largest collection of Spider Dogs in Texas!
Thanks Guenter! Glad you enjoyed it!
This is a groovy little number!
Thank You So Much David, love your groovy comment on soundcloud!
Very cool indeed. Nice clean tone. Toe-tapper :-). Excellent playing
Tommy! You and I must be about the same age, your work shows the same styles and artists as mine!
I came up playing blues and pop in various bands during the 60s and 70s, but eventually got tired of the repetitive nature of most 3 chord blues songs. But I've been away from the past for so long now that the blues sound like wild irresponsible youth to me, and I like that! So what you're doing here is bringing back a lot of good memories...
You must have misspent a substantial portion of your own youth playing blues, because you really have it down to the core guts that makes it all so interesting!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again... I'd love to hear one of your serious blues numbers with serious vocals. A guy who comes from the republic of Texas Blues, home of ZZ, SRV, Eric Johnson and many more guitar greats should be the right guy for the task....

LOL A Portion? Yes a Very Large Portion!!!!! Said the World's Oldest Teenager! lol
Did you hear my "Blubber" Song? I tried to be seerus on that one!

I've been away from the forum for a couple of weeks trying to finish my most recent project, so I haven't whittled my way through the pile to get to that one yet. I thought THIS one was a very nice serious work... the point I was trying to make is that you haven't added vocals to any of your songs except the humorous ones. You are a very talented musician and you seem to put a lot of thought into your songs, so it would be interesting to hear your lyrical take on a ballad.
Or not. Totally your call and wishful thinking on my part. Everything you do is good with or without vocals.
Thanks Pat! I may have to sang one now! Blubber wasn't on the forum, just on soundcloud.
Tommy
Well played - good listen.

Ain't that the truth!
Most excellent pickin'!!!!
J&B
Thank You So Much PeterF!

Tommy,
Now that was fun! A new favorite.
