Scott,

I like the way you sustain the notes on the melody ( very pretty!) first time through and then embellish as the song progresses.
I agree with Dave - one of your best.

Hi Scott.

Some lovely playing on this one - super melody, clever phrasing and a gorgeous tone from that Les Paul.

The whole thing all wrapped up in a very professional mix.

Great.

Hello, Scott

It is a wonderful guitar play as usual. The tone of the guitar is also your favorite sound.
When I make music, I also always keep on saying "Never say never" to myself.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.

Best regards.

Like Robert mentioned it is very nice the way you build the lead. And, yep, you wrapped it up with a very nice arrangement and production.

We always like your tone -- this time it is a bit ethereal.

Nice!

Gorgeous tone Scott. I always love your stuff.

Guitar for guitar's sake.

Doesn't get any better than that!!

Love the melody, chord progression and the tone of your guitar. I seem to recall a few years back posts with much anticipation waiting for a new Les Paul that had been ordered. Followed with a post or two about receiving and unboxing a blue Les Paul. Was that you? And if it was, is that the same guitar in your avatar?

Enjoyed this a lot and you did a nice job capturing the country vibe.

Nice tone and melody. The backing is comfy. I did notice that on the longer sustained notes the effects seemed pronounced in an unpleasant way as if you'd attempted a note bend at the last moment.

Scott,

In my opinion there are only two electric guitars:
the Fender Stratocaster (clean)
the Gibson Les Paul (clean)
and you manage to play both so well!

Scott,

you've got some great low-volume guitar sustain going there! Thanks for including information about your guitar setup and effects... I'm guessing it's the Boss CS-2 compression-sustainer that gives you that clear sustain? Maybe a little from the Maxon pedal? Although, it sounds too clear to attribute any of the sustain to overdrive. Your thoughts?

I agree, your title sounds like it was inspired by James Bond! ;-)
