Hey,

This is one of my favorites. So, I decided to give it a rework to make it more palatable...

If you have a minute, give it a listen!

All the best,
Dave

The strings have a nice grainy Mellotron texture to them.
The lower piano stuff has strong hints of Bowie on the LOW and Heroes albums.
Effective!

Nice - I remember listening to this a while back. Very evocative with the descending strings.

Hi Dave,

New England Fall is stunning beautiful! Really well composed and played.
I think the music is just waiting to underscore a nice edited video.

Really well done!

Dave, I remember this from earlier, and I liked it then and I like it now. I love the repeating nature of the piece, kind of like waves coming to the shore. I like how you build it from beginning to end. Thanks for continuing to work on it and sharing your revision of some really great work.

Wow - I thoroughly enjoyed this smile It is beautiful, and flows like water. Definitely getting some Autumn vibes on this one. It brings to mind imagery of falling leaves, definitely.

Great work on this one - thanks for sharing!

Hey "D"

Thanks for the listen.

You know when a song starts to write itself, and all you have to do is steer it so it doesn't crash and burn? Well this is one of those songs...

Thanks again for the kind words...

All the best,
Dave

Hi Tano:

Thanks for the listen.

This was a song with a simple progression that seemed to snowball into a interesting song. I like to listen to it because it really relaxes me...

Hot chocolate and cookies time??? =D

All the best,
Dave

Hi Will:

Thanks for the listen. I tend to agree with you on this one...it does seem to have merit. Maybe when I get some time this winter, I'll deal with it as I did with "Winter's Song!"

Thanks again,
Dave

A beautiful piece of music Dave, perfectly arranged, paced and engineered. It unfolds so superbly. It would make a terrific soundtrack to a film!

Hello Skyline:

Thanks for the listen. That's a great idea regarding the soundtrack concept. I designed it that way. Funny how the songs you throw together (like making a stew), always seem to turn out better than the ones you put a lot of effort into??? =D

Thanks again, all the best,
Dave
