My latest classical style theme. Giglio Bianco, played on the keyboard.
No RT used but two midi super tracks then layered using reason 10

Giglio bianco is Italian for white lily ( I hope )

MIDI SuperTracks in song: 2056:Piano, Rhythm CelticAir Ev 085
MIDI SuperTracks in song: 2058:Strings, Rhythm CelticAir Ev 085

Used the strings for the choir as well and panned them well apart

Hi Graham,

You have such a wonderful touch on the keys. This is just so pretty. The piano has somewhat of a Baroque styling. I like Baroque over most other classical subgenres as it is generally more melodious and light. You tryly shined on this. Take a bow, mate!

Enjoyed the listen!

Graham, very nice composition. The classical nature of the harmonic movement and melody fit perfectly with your choice of instrumentation. The choir choice added great texture to the piano element. Resulting track is exactly what it was meant to be--ideal for restful listening. Well done!

Dear "Furry"...

Your song, "Giglio Bianco", has a spaciousness of sound that is so much vaster than the few instruments that performed it. It's like an orchestrator took a piano score and reworked it into a symphony.

It had a soothing effect on my nervous system. If I had taken my blood pressure while listening to it, I'm sure I would have gotten a very low reading! That's a testimonial to how other-worldly and pastoral your composition was in tone and feeling.

Your piano-playing skills certainly added to the divinely restful nature of the piece. I'm sure the angels loved it , too :), "furry" !!!

Also, I liked how the end of the music was followed by such a great deal of silence. It's as though you invited your listening audience to dream up their own internal music while meditating on what they had just heard...Very imaginative way to present your song.

Floating on a cloud,

LOREN (a.k.a. "bluage")

Graham, this is absolutely beautiful! Great mix also.

This borders classical and new age and I loved it. This reminded me of Jim Brickman.

Two thumbs up on this my friend.

Hi Graham,

I agree with all the others above me, this is a really lovely listen. You have a good, lyrical touch on the piano. I found it a pleasure to sit back, close my eyes and drift along on the sound I was hearing.

Another fine addition to your songwriting collection!

Regards,
Noel
