Here's another song from my ballad collection. This time it's a collaboration with my friend Mick Bryant.

Hope you like it.

Unfortunately, I can't remember what style I used as I have changed it so many times.

My songs are recorded as demo's for the purpose of pitching to publishers, labels and artists and as such are not full production masters.

That 1st sung phrase seems a bit pitchy.

Nicely done! Flows smoothly, and despite it not being fully mastered or mix I thought it sounded high quality. Nicely catchy as well.

The chorus melody is really good.

Hi Martin, Really enjoyed this one from you. Nice melody. You certainly do have a good voice for ballads, ( which I must admit to enjoying a lot more as I get older and more sensible ? LOL

I really liked this one. That chorus is fantastic. The whole song is really good. The mix was solid and your vocal was strong but the lyrics took it over the top for me.

The song really found itself at that chorus. Great job. This is a strong write, a fun listen for me this morning.

Producers say they can tell if the song is what they want in the first 20 seconds --some of the pompous ones will say 10 seconds. I was hooked right from your intro chords, and the song kept getting better with each measure. Really well done. Mr. Songman.
