Scott,
Nice atmospheric background. And your guitar sounds great set against that.
A cool tone and nicely played. A good mix.
Very much enjoyed this...
fj
Great atmospheric tune that built up nicely. Good job keeping it interesting. And liked the percussion.
Nice melody and great tone. Works well against the background you created.
Good stuff, Scott, enjoyed!
Nice song Scott. Your son should be very proud.
I love your smooth, liquid guitar sound.
Cheers,
Mike
Wow, you are a tone master, Scott. Sweet. Seamless. A wonderful melody --I can tell by how my eyes close listening.
Scott
Very pretty. Lovely tone and melodic playing throughout.
An excellent atmospheric piece.
Peter
A sweet instrumental Scott!! Nice playing too! Take care. Greg
SCOTT I REALLY REALLY love your guitar playing smooth, elegant and beautiful to listen to.
Love to do some tunes with you sometime
Butter smooth, lovely and THAT tone.
This would be a great submission for the sync libraries -- very cinematic.
Nice midi work -- from our limited perspective! Sounds good.
Cool idea with the instrument changes per verse.
Excellent!

Thanks everyone for checking out the song your comments are appreciated
Enjoyed this alot.
Did you mention your drum track? Great idea to keep it sparse.
Your own playing so clear...love those really high notes..like bells.
I liked your idea of making each verse "different" with instrumentation.
Very well done instrumental with a melodic guitar playing pleasing to the ear.

Scott,
The build created on this lovely melodic piece is nicely done.Interesting use of the symphonic sound library and a good mix.Very much enjoyed...( one request;let that last note ring out!).
Robert
Floyd mentioned the atmosphere you created for the background: not only is it nice, but also an original sound and compelling to the ears.
And as always, great guitar work.
Scott,
Smooth playing! Unusual instrument arrangement. Beautiful guitar tone and interesting progression. I like everything but the drums. I think they are pushing the tune to faster pace in some places than I think you intended... Maybe I am hallucinating. Enjoyed it.
Thank you for sharing.
Misha.
Cool delay/reverb on the melodic guitar work.
Oh, this is so beautiful. Your son must be so proud of you. Beautiful playing, beautiful arrangement, stunning writing. "Evocative" is, I think, the word I'm searching for. Tells an evocative story and the listener is completely drawn in to listen. Thanks so much for sharing - loved it.
Great job. I can hear this on an advert or a film.
Tasty backing with a nice change of instrumentation. Great progression and a really nice melody. Adored the jump in octave. A very relaxing piece to just let slip the cares of the day.
Scott, All the references to movie soundtracks are spot on. Nicely atmospheric with some fine melodic elements. Enjoyed, Tom
Majestic melody, beautiful chords and excellent playing take my mind to serene paradise, backing instruments are sweet and mellow, well done!

Hi Scott ...
So smooth and dreamy! Love the extra reverb on the guitar. You have a sweet touch and impeccable phrasing. What a terrific listen! An "eyes closed", wonderful tune. Thanks. Best to you. Stay well and be safe ...
Alan
Hello Scott,
I missed your song, I noticed. Sorry for that...
You made a very nice song for your son. Why the French title? (however I loved it)
The song has a very nice melody and you played the leadguitar very smootly. Well done!
It puts you at ease, even if you aren't in need of that.
The end of the song is a bit abrupt I think, but I think you did that on purpose, to wake us up again.
Best regards,
Hans
Thanks everyone again for checking out the song.
Hans the song title was kind of a test for my granddaughters. They were 8 and 10 at the time and took a year of French emersion in school. I was checking to see if they knew I wrote this song for there dad.
Loved it and it spoke to me since I lost my dad a few years ago. Your song brought some nice memories, thank you! I really enjoyed your playing and the song of your guitar. Thanks for that beautiful tune!
