Mike, I felt like I was in a late night jazz lounge. Super groove with an excellent sax and guitar leads. Everything sounds great!

Hi Mike ...

I'm pretty sure you knew I would really enjoy this one! You and I have a special appreciation for Lounge Jazz ... Mario, too. I particularly enjoyed the jazz guitar ... big surprise, huh??!! It reminded me a bit of Kenny Burrell when he played "straight" lead ... single note, sparingly using chord melody.

It was a really great listen. loved it!!!

Take care and be safe.

Thanks Mario and Alan for the listen and comments. Uf! Kenny Burrell. Big name there!

You all stay safe.

Mario and Alan... Brought me back to you times that don’t seem to exist anymore… When you could walk into your town’s late night hang out, and hear quality jazz like this.. Loved the combo, dug your changes, and was totally into the environment you created, including the little drum riff at the end and your live audience!

There was a little basement jazz club in our town 50 years ago. Jaimo, one of the Allman Brothers Band drummers, would drop in as he started as a jazz drummer and love to play it when they were off tour. The live feel of this took me back to those days. A.T.'s Jazz Lounge it was called.

Excellent and thanks for the memories...

Thanks Tano, J&B for the very nice comments. Unfortunately nightclubs like that are very scarce right now, even in placer where they were very popular. When I put together these tunes I actually think of them too.

Take care
