"Whenever a Sinner Repents"

https://soundcloud.com/user-619066495-714650428/whenever-a-sinner-repents-vocals

Verse 1
As I knelt down at the alter
Forgive me Lord for taking this long
Times when my faith began to falter
When I knew right, but still done wrong
For every time I let my pride
Stand in the way of being blessed
All the sins I've tried to hide
I've repented from and confessed

Break
Right now Angels are singing

Chorus
Hallaleu, HallaleuYa again
Let celebration commence
All the Angels rejoice up in heaven
When ever a sinner repents
All the Angels rejoice up in heaven
When ever a sinner repents

Verse 2
A prayer for your kind mercy
Is all I expected you'd accept
From a wretched sinner like me
You mercifully, safely kept
I realized Grace you've given me
And it's set my heart ablaze
I come to you now humbly
As I turn from my wicked ways

Break
Right now Angels are singing

Chorus
Hallaleu, HallaleuYa again
Let celebration commence
All the Angels rejoice up in heaven
When ever a sinner repents
All the Angels rejoice up in heaven
When ever a sinner repents

Bawb,

Another good write. Good choice for the BAND.

I found the doubled (duet?) vocal a bit distracting, especially in the verses (not so much on the chorus). It did have a bit of "old time" feel to it...

I'm getting a "track not found" when I click the link. Is it still up on Soundcloud?
Same here..."track not found."

Track not found
Sorry Folks...

I originally recorded it and using my headphones. It sounded pretty bad when I played it through the speakers. I'm going to try to re-record it and put it back up. Thanks for trying to listen anyways ;0)
Okay, so I edited some of the background vocals out of it and made it more of a duet. Hopefully it sounds better. Thanks FJ...
